  • Researched on how Co2 strengthens the concrete and contributed by helping to write the Background in the report.

  • Posted the Introduction on the blog.
  • Researched on our Proposed solution and helped my team mates.

  • Researched additional references and wrote about the benefits of our solution in the report.
  • Sourced images to enhance understanding in the report.
  • Participated in our third group meeting on Discord.
  • Researched additional data using Google and ChatGPT, focusing on statistics related to our solution.
  • Completed the Executive Summary for the report. 
  • Formatted some of the Figures in APA style

  • Interviewed Professor King Siau to get his expertise on this topic,
  • Participated in our 4th Group meeting to discuss regarding the presentation.
  • Drafted a script for my part of the presentation.
  • Completed the peer evaluation for the other team together with my group,
  • Took part in our group's practice run for the presentation,

  • Double-checked that all references were cited properly.

  • Corrected minor issues in the report.

  • Ensured that all citations followed APA style.

  • Helped with final formatting of the report.

  • Participated in the final meeting to review and discuss the report one last time.

How I Used Dewey’s Model to reduce Procrastination

I have been struggling with procrastination, and I applied Dewey's Model of Reflective Thought and Action to explore ways to reduce or overcome this behavior. I deal Situation: To be more productive and complete work on time. Reality (Gap): I easily get distracted by social media and delay getting things done. Causes/Conditions: I frequently lose concentration and start using my phone or focus on less important tasks.
